New York Openings
We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our New York office. As we expand our presence in this dynamic market, we’re seeking talented individuals to join our growing team:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Legal Assistant to support our New York office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our legal processes and supporting our consultants in their client engagements.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts and agreements.
– Manage and organise legal files, both physical and digital.
– Conduct legal research and compile information for consultants and clients.
– Coordinate with external counsel and maintain professional relationships.
– Schedule meetings, depositions and court appearances.
– Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings.
– Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.
– Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in legal document preparation and management.
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience in international business law is a plus.

Qualifications:
